Merge Talk
Hey everyone! Benji here with my dissertation of the cast as it stands, after the merge. I apologize for the lack of recent updates, but there has been so many moving pieces, I didn’t know how to approach who was in which position. Power Players
JakeJake is flirting his way through the competition. In all seriousness, he is the smoothest talker in the game. Whether people have a beef with him or are skeptical of him, everyone has good things to say about Jake. I’m worried his downfall will be overplaying his hand, trying to manage everyone in the game. He thinks he has the numbers, but I am curious how the alliances approach working with him. His strongest alliance still seems to be April/Logan, but he is pulling all of the weight.
Sean
Sean is possibly the best liar I have seen play this game. His strength is in making people question other people and cover his tracks flawlessly. Most impressively, he was the Hinkie vote for Lamont, and created so much drama behind it. He’s sowed doubt and stirred the pot enough to get Lamont voted out of the game. People like him, but aren’t won over by him. I anticipate him being a target coming up, and I can’t wait to see what sort of verbal gymnastics he will perform to get out of it.
Brian
I never thought I would type that Brian was playing well enough to be considered a top tier player. After the scare of his first tribal, he has turned up his game play from zero to ten. People find him likeable and trust him with a lot of their privileged information. Jenn C is constantly stirring up plans and is always keeping Brian in the loop, in addition to Jake feeding him the information he thinks Brian needs. With an advantage in his pocket, an idol clue and lots of favorability, he can pick which side of the vote to be on this week.
Top goat contenders
April – Vanilla Goat
This one is obvious, in my opinion. She’s in and out of conversations, doesn’t come forward with any specific plans and agrees with whatever Jake wants. If/when Jake gets voted out, she will move down the list to the next loyal person to work with. She still has an opportunity to prove me wrong, but seems to be all bark, no bite. Jenn C – Power Goat
Jenn C was an early pick for me to win, based on how well she was adapting to those players around her. Working with the track she is on, Jenn C is walking down a path of a power goat. She is trying to call shots, but they’re managed haphazardly. Her plans stretch to many alliances and she has lofty goals. Jenn C and Jake are playing a similar game, however, Jake is playing it far more covertly. I think once it gets out that Jenn C is targeting everyone, she will be seen unfavorably from the cast and she might be dragged to the end due to this downfall. Living on a Prayer
Jenn FThis girl has not caught a break all game, yet she made it to the merge. Jenn F has a long rugged road ahead of her and I honestly see her surviving turn after turn. Nearly every alliance group has thrown her name out as a target or mentioned how stand off-ish she is (ALTHOUGH DUKE IS ARGUABLY DEAD ON ARRIVAL IN EVERY CONVO BUT NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING SMH WTF). Jake is honestly Jenn F’s biggest adversary, when SHE CELEBRATED HIM STAYING IN THE GAME. So much shade all the time from every direction. This girl needs immunity this round, or else she is receiving votes at the next tribal council.
“Nothing to see here”
LoganHe was dominant when he was in Cabrera 1.0. Now that Jake has taken a power hold on every player in the game, Logan no longer has a word in edgewise with him. April is saddled up to Jake, thanks to the swap. I’m not sure if Logan even knows what his game plan is. I’m curious to see how he develops after the first vote or two after this merge.
Duke
I don’t know what’s going on with Duke. He just won the other ORG he was in, so he must have been putting in overtime with that game. I think the damage might be done, as he doesn’t talk to anyone and has zero game plan. Duke is fucking lucky he is still here, but I guarantee he will swing things in his favor, as he’s attractive.
Pick to win (as of today)
