I'm still here!!!!!!!!!
I sucked HARD in the last challenge, a game of Knight Moves, wherein we had to place ourselves on a 8x8 grid and move in the style of a Knight piece from chess. I was the first one out, surprised? No. Haha, but I honestly don't feel the need to win immunity to stay in this game, I've done such a good job socializing to secure my safety.
Now that we're only 5 people left in this game, eliminating people is getting more and more emotionally draining. I've played a very gayforward game thus far and haven't really been "lying" to people to get ahead. That being said I've told some vague truths that leave room for interpretation, but I don't recall flat-out lying to someone. Every time someone has felt 'betrayed' it was for a reason. Ashley, Duke and Logan are probably the most annoyed with me, but I think I can still get the boys' votes if (/when) I get to the final 3 spot, and get my chance to plea my side of the game and show that I genuinely liked them as people and didn't want to (but needed to) let them go.
Ideally my final 3 is Myself, Jake and ____ (Brian or April). Originally it was always Brian, but as the game progressed Brian has been dominating competitions which has been scaring Jake into considering letting him go in the next vote or two. While I see the merit in his hesitation, I do believe that I can argue my way to victory over Brian and Jake but it MAYYYYY be easier a task to complete against April and maybe even Jenn. Though the Jenn scenario likely won't happen as we're planning on finally booting her from the game.
(Minus the stabbing of course)
... though even that may change as Brian wants to reconsider who to boot based on what he thinks the Final 4 challenge may be. He thinks it's an endurance type of challenge which he says that he and I would be "fucked for" bc we've proven to be terrible at those while Jenn beasted it the last time she did one and April has more free time to post than either of us do.
Tribal days are always the craziest. They start quiet and then get crazier as the day goes on. So far it's only 10:45 a.m. and I've already had chats with Jake and Brian discussing potential changes. Which at this point isn't the best thing to have to stress about.
I think the smartest SMARTEST move is to finally take out Jenn. She's currently on vacation with her family and has to go out of her way to connect and play with us (she was super late to the last challenge making the rest of us wait on her)... like how RUDE!?
I also think booting Jenn is THE best move for me bc I know April and Brian don't like each other and WON'T, under any logical circumstances, take the other to the final 3. So without Jenn in the picture, WHOEVER wins the final four competition SHOULD be taking me to the finals with them!!!
I'm trying to stay humble and not let this grow into overconfidence and cockiness but looking at the next few days it's hard for me to see anything but the light at the end of the tunnel with my name on a final 3 seat!!!
Gotta get back to work, more later before tribal!!!
Peace,
Jeff
